Sharez 'Wellness 101 Blog' - Fat and Happy...

Fat and Happy. This is not the way many people describe themselves. The truth is what we have known all along: being thin isn’t the point- we only want it to be. We hail skinniness as a pinnacle of determination and self-control, when it has nothing to do with either. We have masked all the heaviness that lies underneath our skin and called it a weight issue when in truth it is a wellness issue.

Many of us weigh allot because we are not well. There is something to be said for being thin and healthy but those things come almost effortlessly when true wellness is achieved.

This path to true wellness begins with a personaBoldl definition of the word 'wellness'.

That my friends, can only come from a seriously committed participant who is ready to bare the diseased parts of their soul to be meticulously examined by asking the questions that need to be asked: Why do you continue on the way you do? Who are you really? Are you the person you see each day making the same mistakes?; are you the person that you want to be, that you see in your mind, emerging from the collapsing debris of that perpetrator - the old you - towards the forefront, ready and prepared to live your life purpose?

'Wait a minute,' you ask, 'all this has to do with wellness?’ I'll put it to you this way -- wellness has to do with everything. Food, drink, sleep, play, hygiene, relationships, money, habits etc. Every aspect of your life tells the world a little bit about you. Isn’t it about time you tell the world the truth -- that you are amazing! What better time than this to start our adventure together toward a better life and being the real you!

Post your comment or question here and I'll answer on the show.

Look for my next blog and we will discuss a fundamental principle of wellness I call it, "The Water of the Word". -----Blessings, Sharez.

Sharez can be heard on GMNLive! Morning Show with Prophetess SB Barber Stalling, Tues, 7AM and seen on GRACE Media Network MarketPlace Channel.
